Every order leaves France in a plain parcel with tracking. Here is everything you need to know before ordering.
No customs, no surprise in the European Union
We ship from France. For deliveries within the European Union there are no customs duties, no import VAT and no handling fees to pay on delivery: the price you pay at checkout is the final price. Latex ordered from outside the EU often comes with taxes and carrier fees to pay on arrival. Ordering from Ireland? See latex catsuits delivered to Ireland, no customs.
Outside the EU (United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, rest of the world), local import taxes may apply depending on your country.
Delivery costs
- Europe (except the United Kingdom): free from €200. Below that, the price depends on the country and the weight and is shown in the cart before payment (Mondial Relay pick-up point or home delivery, depending on the country).
- United Kingdom: €28.
- Rest of the world: €35.
Lead times
- Pieces in stock: shipped within 48 hours, see latex in stock.
- Made-to-order pieces, standard size or made to measure: about 5 weeks of making (from the validation of your measurements for made to measure), then shipping.
- Delivery: usually 2 to 7 working days in Europe after shipping, longer for the rest of the world. The tracking number is sent by e-mail as soon as the parcel leaves.
Discreet packaging
Plain parcel, with no brand, logo or product name on the outside. Inside, the order summary uses no explicit wording.
Returns and exchanges
- Standard sizes and colours are delivered under a hygiene seal: you have 14 days after delivery to return the piece, as long as the seal is intact and the piece has not been worn.
- Made-to-measure pieces, configured options (non-standard colour, special zip, adjusted cups…) and latex sheeting cut to length are made for you: they cannot be returned, as provided by EU consumer law.
- You can cancel any order free of charge within 12 hours of ordering.
- A defective or non-conforming piece is always covered by the legal guarantee of conformity: write to us with photos.
To return a piece, use the withdrawal link in your order confirmation e-mail or write to us. All the details are in our terms and conditions of sale.
Payment
By card, PayPal (in instalments where PayPal offers it), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Prices are in euros.
