Which size should I choose?
Measure your height, chest, waist and hips over bare skin and compare with our size chart (women, men, hoods). Between two sizes, take the larger one: latex is worn skin-tight and does not forgive a piece that is too small. If a measurement is beyond the last column, choose "Tailor Made XL+" or a made-to-measure piece. Read more
Women's or men's cut?
On catsuits you choose the cut when ordering (gender option). Use the matching chart: women's cut with the women chart, men's cut with the men chart. Dresses are women's cut. Read more
0.33 mm or 0.6 mm latex?
0.33 mm is our standard: supple, light, the classic second-skin feel. 0.6 mm (+10%) is thicker and more robust, with a stronger compression feel; it is heavier and a little harder to put on. Both are 100% natural latex.
How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Every piece is handmade to order: count about 7 weeks before shipping. Some models are in stock in standard sizes and ship within 48 hours: see the "Latex in stock" page. Read more
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Standard sizes and colours are delivered under a hygiene seal: you have 14 days to return the piece as long as the seal is intact. Made-to-measure pieces and configured options (non-standard colour, special zip, adjusted cups) are made for you and cannot be returned, in line with EU consumer law. You can also cancel free of charge within 12 hours of ordering. Read more
Can I order made to measure?
Yes. Choose "Tailor Made" on the product page, or fill in the custom catsuit or custom hood form: each field shows a photo of where to measure. Bust, underbust, waist, hips, height, inseam, arm length and more. Read more
How do I put on a latex catsuit?
Apply a silicone-based dressing aid (beGLOSS Easy Glide) on your skin and inside the garment, remove rings and watches, and roll the latex on gradually without pulling with your nails. Attached feet and gloves go on last. Our care guide shows the steps. Read more
How do I clean, shine and store latex?
Hand wash in lukewarm water with a drop of oil-free washing-up liquid, rinse, pat dry and hang. Once dry, talc for storage or beGLOSS Perfect Shine for a glossy finish. Keep away from light, heat, oils, copper and brass. Never machine wash, tumble dry or iron. Read more
What options can I choose?
Depending on the model: colour (including transparent and metallic), zip position and length, thickness, attached or detached gloves and feet, toes, breast pocket, integrated condom, cups adjusted to your bust measurements (Doll), gift box and beGLOSS care products.
Is shipping discreet and how much does it cost?
Yes: neutral parcel, no brand or product name on the outside. Delivery is free in Europe from 280 €, and 35 € outside Europe. A tracking number is sent by e-mail.
How can I pay?
By card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Prices are in euros; other currencies are shown for information.
Is natural latex safe for everyone?
Our garments are made of natural latex. If you are allergic to latex, do not wear them. Latex is also flammable: keep it away from flames.
