We accept cancellations without any problem if you are unsatisfied with a size or for example made a mistake on your order.
You can proceed to cancellation within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and indicating the order number on request. In order to refund you, we will proceed to the procedure as soon as you request a refund. The refund will be made via the type of payment made within 48 hours maximum after the request.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for black and transparent black on standard size
Duckyducky manufactures customised catsuits that are made to your request and thus unique. Manufacturing requires special adaptations to meet very specific technical and aesthetic requirements. We accept 14 day return for black and transparent colours. Please contact our customer service if you encounter an issue with your order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for other color or size
The Goods are indeed made to your request or clearly personalized. We are not able to proceed to returns or exchanges for this kind of purchase, due to the fact that manufacturing requires special adaptations to meet very specific technical and aesthetic requirements,
Delivery Delay and Taxes
We manufacture our items by hand. Consequently, you will have to wait around 7 weeks to get the products your purchased. If you want for instance shorter lead times or ready-to-use articles, please refer to our available stock at Amazon Worldwide.
We offer deliveries for every purchase over 280€.
Product Compliance and Quality
In accordance with article L 111-1 of the French Consumer Code, we remind our customers that Duckyducky intends to respect its commitments regarding the quality and performance of the products delivered.
All the products on sale on the site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. Therefore, the products delivered comply with the legislation in force. Any real defect will justify the return of the goods at the seller’s expense.
Customs and import taxes
We collect VAT for Europe and UK.
We sell items worldwide. For other countries such as USA, Canada or Switzerland, any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers.
